The Littleton brothers are as much a
part of Crestler’s Key as the sun and surf, living the single life
without a care. But love has a way of changing even the most
determined bachelor’s mind.
Brady Littleton has left his reckless youth
behind to become a man his brothers can count on. When the family
dive shop needs to expand, he’s got the answer: buy the Christmas
shop next door. Except the retiring owner’s goddaughter, Kylie
Waters, has come back to town. She was Brady’s first kiss—his
first everything—and she doesn’t want to sell. He’s got a
solution to that too. Whoever makes the most sales by Christmas Day
can take over the shop, fair and square.
Kylie resolved to put the youngest, wildest
Littleton brother out of her head when he abruptly ended their
relationship years ago. But the steady, gorgeous man he’s become is
impossible to ignore. Especially once reminiscing leads to a kiss as
hot and heady as mulled wine. Their deal means that one of them is
going to lose out on a dream…unless Christmas Day brings the gift
of a sweet, surprising second chance.

Twelve Days of Christmas Book giveaway! I am proud to be included in this fabulous event just in time for Christmas… and… I am not alone. Some awesome authors are keeping me great company.
Now, I do not write Christmas stories but many of my books  have certainly appeared in Christmas stockings before. 🙂
We have all kind of prizes to give away: I will give away 3 ebooks of “Once Upon two Kingdoms” to 3 lucky readers who leave a note and email in the comments of this blog.

Now more about Once Upon Two Kingdoms

Freedom to Choose is Paramount for any human.

An arrangement made when Elizabeth was just a babe ties her to someone she has never met, never spoken to, never loved. Now she desires freedom—a way to choose her own path—her own husband. The moment Elizabeth meets Patrick she knows he is her soul mate. But when you are bound to a crown how is any choice your own?

Once Upon Two Kingdoms is a Young Adult Medieval Romance. It will be love by those who enjoy clean romance and a happy warm ending.  But you don’t have to take my word for it.

What other have to say about Once Upon Two Kingdoms:

  1. It was a delightful read that captured my attention from beginning to end. Elizabeth is a beautiful, young women with a strong will, and an even stronger sense of understanding and duty. I love that she doesn’t sigh and bemoan her life but takes charge and makes decisions.
Patrick is an intriguing character. It’s hard not to fall in love with him as you read how he relates to Elizabeth. I loved how he was a gentleman, but it didn’t take away from her independence.    By  Melanie M. Mason

2) This story is gentle and sweet, yet there are moments of mystery and adventure. Someone is out to take over some kingdoms–who and why? I came away with a smile at the antics and events that occurred, especially with the way the villain was confronted. This is a must read for anyone who loves a good, clean romance involving a princess.
Content: very mild romance (although two characters spent a few nights together, nothing happened); no language or religious elements; mild violence (fighting, deaths–nothing at all graphic). Clean!

What makes you passionate about writing?

I love creating! When I sit down to write, I am putting pieces of myself into every character and every story. The ability to write and create is a gift that I am very grateful for.

How long did it take you to write the first draft of your manuscript? (more…)

Goodnight Kiss, an Interview with author, Ranee` S. Clark

Ranee, how long have you been writing?

I think since I could pick up a pencil. I used to write four and five page stories and then link them all in a series. I had notebook and notebooks full of my scribbles. (Now I just have lots of documents on my computer!)

LOL, tell us where you were born and where do you live now.

I was born in a tiny town in Wyoming called Lovell. Right now, my family is on an adventure! We are living in Fairbanks, Alaska for a few years. (Today it’s almost negative forty degrees! Brrr.)

Wow, that is cold. How do you know the idea is good enough to write a book about it? (more…)

Dreaming of You, a Christmas Story by Marie Higgins

Sunday, December 15th, 2013

Marie I am glad to have you in my blog this week. When did you first know you wanted to be an author?

Funny story…but I hadn’t realized I wanted to be a real, published author until after I’d been writing stories for about five years. I actually thought it was a fun thing to do in my spare time, and it beat watching TV all day. But one day I let a friend of mine read a story of mine, and she hooked me up with a writer who was my mentor, and well…the rest is history.

So fun and exiting…What makes you passionate about writing?

I love writing twists and unexpected turns in my stories. I love making the reader think they know the ending, and then they are happily surprised when it’s totally different. And I especially love the comments I receive from my readers, telling me how much they enjoy reading these romances. That’s what makes me passionate—probably because I love to tease the reader. Every new book I write, I challenge myself to figure out a better suspenseful plot.

What was the pathway like for you to get your first book published?

I’ve been writing for a good 19 years. In 2005 I found an (more…)
