I was invited to this “Meet My Character blog hop” by Carol Anne Olsen Malone
Carol’s bio: Carol Malone has found a magical key for successfully combining her three passions – romance, sports, and writing in her highly rated book, “Fight Card Romance: Ladies Night.†http://amzn.to/1kI4dVo With “Ladies Night,†she became the first woman to punch her way into the suspenseful, male-dominated genre of pulp boxing with a tender love story. Since then she has written numerous stories to entice readers to scramble into a front row seat for a power-packed thrill-ride of romance and sports action.
Look for her novella “Hot Corner Magic†to be published in a pulp sports anthology in the next month or two and a Christmas visit to “Ladies Night†at Christmas time.
If not hammering out new tales, Carol is reading, watching sports or the Food Network on TV, or hanging with her sci-fi author husband on the Coast of California. Come visit her website and chat with her about sports and amour.

My Character’s Interview:Â
1) Anna what is the name of your character? Is he/she fictional or a historic person?
His name is Lath. He is a fictional character.
2) When and where is the story set?
In the infinity of time, in a world I created called Andoriah.
3) What should we know about him/her?
He was born in middle of a terrible battle and his parents died in that battle. He grew up with the dregs of mankind and only knew that life and couldn’t imagine anything different from it. Still, he has a sense of right and wrong but not in all things.
4) What is the main conflict? What messes up his/her life?
He fell in love with an elfin maiden and he couldn’t see her for what she really was: a pure, angel. He felt that she lied to him and he was afraid of her reasons. The conflict hit hard when she asked him to go and save her people and he refused, thus her grandfather died.
5) What is the personal goal of the character?
To learn all that the world offers him and hopefully find forgiveness from his eternal love
Here is the back cover blurb:
When an immortal race ceases to be immortal, woe to the land.
Ancient legend tells of elfs crossing paths with the dying wizard, Zoltan. The Old Sorcerer’s nefarious deeds had caused the wizarding school to chastise him severely. On his deathbed, Zoltan asked the elfs for help. Losing patience in his delirium, he cursed them.
Now, the immortal elfin race is slowly, but surely dying. Their only hope lies in a servant of kings who must learn to love the elfs before he will attempt to save them. But no one, elf or mankind, has ever heard of this man. Can the healer be found before their race is gone forever?
Inspired by Tolkien’s masterpiece, Anna del C. has created a brilliant medieval tale. Curse of the Elfs is full of high adventure, romance and battles that will leave you awed from beginning to end.
7) When can we expect the book to be published?
The book was re-published Oct. 12, 2014

This character blog hop continues with:Â
Author C. J. Anaya in her blog http://www.authorcjanaya.com/blog
C. J. Anaya began writing short stories for family and friends when she was thirteen years old. This soon morphed into an extensive project every year during Christmas as a way to create a fun and inexpensive Christmas gift. Now she is the author of “The Healer” http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KPI7HX0
Her passion for reading and writing led her to following her own dreams of becoming a published author. She was born in Utah and raised everywhere else. She even lived a few years in Brazil, enjoying the people, the culture and learning the beautiful language of Portuguese; a language she is still fluent in to this day. As a result of her exposure to varying peoples and cultures, her interests became varied as well.
As a mother of four children she is now a singer and a songwriter, a baker and a cake decorator, a dancer and a choreographer, a girl with a degree in Criminal Justice and a first time published author of YA paranormal romance and fantasy. She is also married to the most deliciously, handsome looking Latino. As always, she has plenty to write about.
Also with Courtney Daisey
Bio: Courtney Daisey majored in music at the University of West Georgia, where a creative writing class sparked her interest in putting the stories in her mind down on paper. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Nick. The couple has two daughters, two dogs, and three cats. She resides in Senoia, Georgia and enjoys the quiet life in the country with her family.
