Song Standards Series
Boxed
Set Books 1-3
by
Cynthia Roberts
Genre:
Contemporary Romance

If
you love Contemporary Romances with relatable, flawed characters who
are sometimes wounded or broken and eventually find that kind of love
we all dream of, you’ll love this series titled after some of the
greatest love songs of all times.

Unchained
Melody
~ Pamela Landers had it all, a senior
partnership with a top law firm, expensive car, and a luxurious
condo. What she desired most was a loving husband, children and a
life filled with precious memories that would comfort her through her
golden years. Funny how fate has a way of steering you down that path
where dreams really can come true. When Pamela encounters Gavin
Templeton along her journey, she has some life-altering decisions to
make that eventually lead her to happily ever after.

Strangers
In The Night
~ What happens when two strangers meet
in a crowded bar on a Caribbean vacation and one is disinterested,
while the other is totally intrigued? Fate happens. Only one role
will play out in the end. It will lead to either a happy ending, or
simply a chance meeting tucked away in a memory book. John Rinaldi,
doesn’t want to be just a memory. He’s determined to win the heart of
the beautiful and elusive, Samantha Michaels. She not only captured
his interest, but she proves a woman he’s determined to have in his
life forever. She just doesn’t know it yet.

For
Once In My Life
~ Christina Morandt spent most of her
young adult life perfecting her talent and then performing worldwide
as the prima ballerina for the Savannah Ballet Theatre. When she
decides to retire at the peak of her career, she returns to Savannah
to open her own dance studio and settle into a life of comfort and
solitude.

Captain
Garret Rickford is a seasoned Apache helicopter pilot for the U.S.
Army, who is awarded a head instructor position at the Hunter Army
Airfield in Savannah, Georgia after serving four tours carrying out
assault and rescue missions over Iraq and Afghanistan. He returns
home, while secretly battling the haunting traumas of war and the
death of his dearest friend and fellow comrade. She was raised on a
horse ranch in Wyoming. He was raised in the Highlands of Scotland.
They were opposites in so many ways, each never expecting to cross
paths with the other. But, they did, and when the spark of attraction
ignited, there was no extinguishing the passion once it began to
flame out of control.

My
love of reading romance fiction goes back to those early years when I
was raising a young family. It wasn’t until much later in life, that
I actually took up the pen to write and my first historical romance,
Wind Warrior was born. I don’t fit into one specific genre. When the
ideas start to flow, lord only knows what category they’ll fit into
**wink wink **

I
wish I could have gotten to this point in my career much sooner
rather than later, but life simply got in the way far too many times.
Because of those multiple detours, however, I have become a more
passionate and expressive writer and can draw upon those painful
moments in my past, when I need to create the kind of raw human
emotion I want my readership to feel.

It
is my hope you walk away with not just an entertaining read, but the
importance in knowing, “Without imagination & dreams, we
lose the excitement of wonderful possibilities.”

The
Dragon Hunters
Histories
of Malweir Book 2
by
Christian Warren Freed
Genre:
Epic Fantasy

The
Mage Wars are a fading memory. The kingdoms of Malweir focus on
rebuilding what was lost and moving beyond the vast amounts of death
and devastation. For some it is easy, others far worse. Some men are
made in battle. Grelic of Thrae is one. A seasoned veteran of
numerous campaigns and raids, Grelic is a warrior without a war. He
languishes under mugs of ale and poor choices that eventually find
him locked in the dungeons of King Rentor. His only chance at
redemption is an offer tantamount to suicide: travel north with a
misfit band of adventurers and learn the truth of what happened in
the village of Gend.
Grelic,
suddenly tired of his life, reluctantly agrees and meets the only
survivor of the horrible massacre: Fitch Iane. Broken, mentally and
physically, Fitch babbles about demons stalking through the mists and
a terrible monster prowling the skies, breathing fire and death.
What
begins as a simple reconnaissance mission quickly turns into a quest
to stop Sidian, the Silver Mage from accomplishing his goals in the
Deadlands. The last of the dark mages seeks to recover the four
shards of the crystal of Tol Shere and open the gateway to release
the dark gods from their eternal prison.
Grelic
and his team are sorely outnumbered and ill prepared to deal with the
combined threats of a dark mage and one of the great dragons from the
west. Not even the might of the Aeldruin, high elf mercenaries, and
Dakeb, the last of the mages, promises to be enough to stop evil and
restore peace to Thrae.

Armies
of the Silver Mage
Histories
of Malweir Book 1

Malweir
was once governed by the order of Mages, bringers of peace and light.
Centuries past and the lands prospered. But all was not well. Unknown
to most, one mage desired power above all else. He turned his will to
the banished Dark Gods and brought war to the free lands. Only a
handful of mages survived the betrayal and the Silver Mage was left
free to twist the darker races to his bidding. The only thing he
needs to complete his plan and rule the world forever are the four
shards of the crystal of Tol Shere.

Having
spent most of their lives dreaming about leaving their sleepy village
and travelling the world, Delin Kerny and Fennic Attleford never
thought that one day they would be forced to flee their town in order
to save their lives. Everything changes when they discover the fabled
Star Silver sword and learn that there are some who want the weapon
for themselves. Hunted by a ruthless mercenary, the boys run from Fel
Darrins and are forced into the adventure they only dreamed
about.

Ever
ashamed of the horrors his kind let loose on the world the last mage,
Dakeb, lives his life in shadows. The only thing keeping him alive is
his quest to stop the Silver Mage from reassembling the crystal. His

Fennic. Dakeb bestows upon them the crystal shard, entrusting them
with the one thing capable of restoring peace to Malweir.

Each serves a different emotion: Vengeance, Sorrow and Redemption

Dreams
of Winter
A
Forgotten Gods Tale Book 1
by
Christian Warren Freed
Genre:
Fantasy

Under
the rigid guidance of the Conclave; an order of holy men seeking to
bring back the glory of the time of the gods, the Order of the
Inquisition and their Prekhauten Guard divisions the seven hundred
known worlds carve out a new empire with the compassion and wisdom
the gods once offered. But a terrible secret, known only to the most
powerful, threatens to undo three millennia of progress. The gods are
not dead at all. They merely sleep. And they are being
hunted.

Senior
Inquisitor Tolde Breed is sent to the planet Crimeat to investigate
the escape of one of the most deadly beings in the universe.
Amongeratix, one of the three sons of the god-king is loose once
again, the fabled Three. Tolde arrives on a world where heresy breeds
insurrection and war is only a matter of time. Tolde is aided by
Sister Abigail of the Order of Blood Witches in his quest to find
Amongeratix and return him to Conclave custody before he can begin
his reign of terror.

What
he doesn’t know is that the Three are already operating on Crimeat.
Each serves a different emotion: Vengeance, Sorrow and Redemption.
Their touch drives the various characters beyond themselves and
towards an uncertain future that can only end one of two ways. Either
the Three win and finally destroy the gods, or humanity stops them
and continues to survive.
