Ghosts.
Psychics. Murder. Just another day in Donn’s Hill.

Clair needs a fresh start. The death of her father and a broken
relationship rendered her old life unlivable. What better place to
build a new one than Donn’s Hill, the most haunted town in America
and her favorite childhood vacation spot?
But
returning to Donn’s Hill awakens more than nostalgia. As memories
resurface, so does a lost psychic ability to talk to the dead… a
power the poltergeist haunting Mac’s apartment is eager to use.
Aided
by her new roommate—a spirited Tortoiseshell cat named Striker—and
the ghost-hunting crew of the Soul Searchers, Mac struggles to
control her newfound talents. She’d better get a handle on them
fast, because someone in town is hiding a deadly secret. If Mac can’t
divine the truth, Donn’s Hill will never be the same.
First

Caryn
Larrinaga is an award-winning mystery, horror, and urban fantasy
writer. Her debut novel, Donn’s Hill, was awarded the League of Utah
Writers 2017 Silver Quill in the adult novel category and was a 2017
Dragon Award finalist. Watching scary movies through split fingers
terrified Caryn as a child, and those nightmares inspire her to write
now. Her 90-year-old house has a colorful history, and the creaking
walls and narrow hallways send her running (never walking) up the
stairs. Exploring her fears through writing makes Caryn feel a little
less foolish for wanting a buddy to accompany her into the tool shed.
Caryn lives near Salt Lake City, Utah, with her husband and their
clowder of cats. She is an active member of the League of Utah

Unless Sydney can find the key to a decades-old murder, it might yet come back to haunt everyone

The
Deadliest Blessing
Provincetown
Mystery Series #3
by
Jeannette de Beauvoir
Genre:
Cozy Mystery

If there’s a dead
body anywhere in Provincetown, wedding consultant Sydney Riley is
going to be the one to find it! The seaside town’s annual
Portuguese Festival is approaching and it looks like smooth sailing
until Sydney’s neighbor decides to have some construction done in
her home—and finds more than she bargained for inside her wall.
Now Sydney is again
balancing her work at the Race Point Inn with an unexpected adventure
that will eventually involve fishermen, gunrunners, a mummified cat,
a family fortune, misplaced heirs, a girl with a mysterious past, and
lots and lots of Portuguese food. The Blessing of the Fleet is
coming up, and unless Sydney can find the key to a decades-old
murder, it might yet come back to haunt everyone in this
otherwise-peaceful fishing village.

Jeannette
de Beauvoir grew up in Angers, France, but has lived in the United
States since her twenties. (No, she’s not going to say how long ago
that was!) She spends most of her time inside her own head, which is
great for writing, though possibly not so much for her social life.
When she’s not writing, she’s reading or traveling… to inspire
her writing.

The
author of a number of mystery and historical novels (some of which
you can see on Amazon, Goodreads, Criminal Element, HomePort Press,
and her author website), de Beauvoir’s work has appeared in 15
countries and has been translated into 12 languages. Midwest Review
called her Martine LeDuc Montréal series “riveting (…)
demonstrating her total mastery of the mystery/suspense genre.” She
is currently writing a Provincetown Theme Week cozy mystery series
featuring female sleuth Sydney Riley.

De
Beauvoir’s academic background is in history and religion, and the
politics and intrigue of the medieval period have always fascinated
her (and provided her with great storylines!). She coaches and edits
individual writers, teaches writing online and on Cape Cod, and
thinks Aaron Sorkin is a god. Her cat, Beckett, totally disagrees.

The
answer to whodunit may lie beyond the veil . . .

November
in upstate New York can be chilly, but Kailyn Wilde’s shop,
Abracadabra, is a cozy respite where you can find lotions, potions,
and plenty of warm, feline company. But what customers don’t know
is that the proprietor has some unusual powers—and unusual friends,
including the renowned magician Merlin, who’s been transported into
the modern world. All of which comes in handy when there’s a murder
to be solved . . .

Investigative
journalist Ryan Cutler has perished in a car accident in New Camel,
and his friend, Travis, suspects foul play—especially when the
reporter’s notes reveal a mysterious list of dead men’s names.
Kailyn wants to help, but she’s also got her hands full with the
curmudgeonly Merlin, who’s not exactly maintaining a low profile.
Between keeping the wizard under wraps and mixing up cold remedies
that work like magic, she’ll have to tap into her many talents to

That
Olde White Magick
An
Abracadabra Mystery Book 2

It’s
time to work her crime-solving magic again . . .

Kailyn
Wilde enjoys running her shop, Abracadabra, in the quaint New York
hamlet of New Camel, where she lives with her six cats. Her family’s
been here for centuries, and she’d like to keep up the tradition.
But the place may never be the same if a big hotel gets built, so she
does her civic duty and attends a town meeting along with her aunt
Tilly . . . and Merlin. Yes,
that Merlin—though
he gets introduced to folks as her “distant English cousin.” The
wizard is pretty grumpy about being transported here, but there are
things about the modern world he doesn’t mind—like pizza.

Kailyn
was prepared for a heated debate about the hotel, but she wasn’t
expecting murder. When Tilly finds the body of a board member outside
the schoolhouse, Kailyn doesn’t want any suspicion cast on the
wrong person. She plans to crack this case, even if she has to talk
to every living soul in town—plus a few departed ones . . .
